Today, Array Optronix Devices entered into a lease agreement with the Orange County Business Accelerator, 4 London Ave, New Windsor, NY 12553.  At the signing of the lease, Array Optronix CEO, Fred Flitsch offered the following statements. 

“Array is quite excited to build its business in the Orange County Business Accelerator. On behalf of Array, I would like to thank County Executive Ed Diana for his support and commitment in bringing Array to Orange County.  Without Ed’s leadership, we would not be here today.  I would also like to gratefully acknowledge the invaluable assistance of ESD Chairman & CEO Dennis M. Mullen, ESD Mid-Hudson Regional Director Susan Jaffe,  James O’Donnell, Administrative Officer of The Orange County Executive, Michael Oates, the CEO of the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corp.,  James Petro, Chairman of the Orange County IDA, Maureen Halahan CEO of Orange County Partnership, and Michael DiTullo, the Managing Director of the Accelerator.   The cooperation and coordination between these groups was amazing and played a major role in our decision to locate in Orange County.“
